Below, you will find our General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account and look them up if you have a question about a particular subject.
These General Terms and Conditions are binding. By accepting them, you indicate that you have read the terms and conditions for registration, the use of our website and the receival of any prize or bonus and accept them.
If you do not agree with the rules, you should not register with us. If we make any changes to these General Terms and Conditions, we will inform you in good time and you must accept them again.

1. Registration and Identification
To play with us, you must first create an account on our website www.jacks.nl by clicking on the 'Register' button, at the top on the right. You enter your e-mail address and create a secure password. It is important to read these General Terms and Conditions and accept them by ticking the box. Next, fill in your personal details and upload or scan your ID, such as your passport, driving licence or identity card. You will also be asked to fill in your phone number, BSN and IBAN. With your BSN we check whether you are registered in CRUKS (central exclusion register for online and offline gambling). Next, set your limits (max account balance limit, deposit limit and session duration limit). We recommend that you set your limits realistically.
Complete your registration by clicking on the link in the verification email we send you. This will allow us to verify that the email address really belongs to you. You may then make your first deposit and as soon as this is credited to your account balance, your account is activated and you can start playing! Subsequent deposits can be made from a different bank account or by credit card, but both must be in your name.
We are obligated to verify that you are who you say you are, and that the money you deposit was obtained legally. We therefore check your details with third parties and ask you to provide additional information if necessary.
We refuse, where we have the necessary information, the following categories of player:
- A player is a minor.
- A player is not a natural person.
- A player does not reside in the Netherlands.
- A player is not in possession of a Burgerservicenummer (BSN).
- A player already has an active account with us.
- A player has not truthfully completed or supplied the data.
- A player refuses to provide the requested information or documents.
- A player is in debt restructuring.
- A player is registered in CRUKS.
- A player is under guardianship or judicial supervision.
- A player is incapacitated.
- A player has been declared bankrupt.
- There is (a suspicion of) fraud.
Apart from the aforementioned grounds, we reserve all rights to refuse registration. See also article 7 ‘Player Obligations’.

2. Privacy and Cookie Statement
As a player, you are putting your trust in us and we see it as a great responsibility to keep your personal data and, thus, privacy safe and secure. You can read how we do this on the Privacy and Cookie Statement pages. It describes what information we collect from you, what we store, why we do this and how we handle this information.
3. Game Rules
There are several games available: Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook. In the game rules you will find the specifics of each game, the payout percentages, and the chances of winning.
We offer Random Number Generator (RNG) games which are certified and comply with the rules set by the Dutch legislation. The payout percentages (RTP) and game rules can be found in the individual games.
Live Casino Rules
The Live Casino is managed and operated by Evolution Gaming and operates under a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, Licence number MGA/B2B/187/2010, located at The Centre Office building, 66089 Triq Tigné, Sliema, SLM 3172 Malta. The games we offer are certified and compliant with the regulations set by the Dutch legislation. We are therefore authorised to offer the games, which are operated by Evolution Gaming, and allow our players to access them in order to make transactions to and from their player account to and from the Live Dealer Games. Evolution Gaming is solely responsible for the fairness of the games. We are not responsible for any game transactions.
All Sportsbook betting is offered by Kambi Malta Ltd, a Maltese company with company registration number C49777, located at Level 3, 75 Quantum House, Abate Rigord Street, Ta'Xbiex, XBX1120 in Malta. Kambi trades under a Maltese licence, is certified and complies with the rules laid down by Dutch law.
Jack’s has a contact point where reports and/or tips on (possible) match-fixing can be made, whereby - if requested - confidentiality will be observed. You can make a report by sending an e-mail or contacting us by phone.

All reports are processed immediately and passed on to the parties concerned. The related gambling behaviour of each report is also closely monitored, so that any abnormal gambling behaviour can be quickly acted upon. This can be, but is not limited to:
- cancelling open bets;
- the reversal of bets that have already been placed;
- taking the offered markets/bets offline.
4. General Bonus Terms
A bonus is always generic and is not adjusted to your gambling behaviour. If your game play does not go according to plan, you will not receive a bonus as compensation.
Gambling online, and gambling in general, always carries a risk. You may get into trouble if you play online more often and/or for longer periods. Please review our Responsible Gambling Policy for tips, tricks and tools to play responsibly.
A bonus will not be offered while you are playing.
Claiming and awarding the bonus
A certain bonus can only be allocated once to an account. Also, a certain bonus will only be paid out once per huishold, address, e-mail address, credit card, bank account and IP address. In case several players share a household, address, bank account or IP address, only the first player to claim the bonus will be eligible.
You must claim each allocated bonus individually and accept the bonus terms per bonus. If you fail to do so, the bonus will not be allocated.
You may only claim 1 bonus at a time. Once you have played the bonus through or met the wagering requirements, you may claim any subsequent bonus.
A claimed bonus can still be cancelled under the 'Bonuses' tab in your player profile. However, if you have already played with the bonus, you cannot cancel it yourself. In that case you may submit a request to Customer Support.
In case of a bonus, you first play with your own (deposited) money and subsequently with the bonus money.
A bonus has a recreational purpose and is intended for multiple bets. It is therefore not permitted to wager the bonus in one go.
All bonuses, unless otherwise specified, have a maximum bet limit of € 6 per game round or € 0.50 per betting line. Failure to adhere to this limit may result in your account being closed and your bonus and the winnings resulting from that bonus being withheld.
Exclusion from the bonus program
You can exclude yourself from the bonus program at any time. To do so, please send a request to Customer Support. You may also choose to not accept a particular bonus.
JOI Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to exclude a player, without explanation, from a particular bonus or from the whole bonus programme if the player has breached these General Terms and Conditions or the Bonus Terms, or if we see reason to do so, such as abuse of the bonus programme. We reserve the right to subsequently close your account and not pay out in the event of abuse.
You are not allowed to clear the bonus on games without risk. Examples of non-risk bets and wagers are, for example, betting on red and black at the same time in Roulette and betting on player and banker at the same time in Baccarat. Colluding with other players to achieve this is also not allowed and is considered abuse. The accounts will be closed, and the winnings forfeited.
If (through, e.g., increased odds) a bonus gives the player a guaranteed or increased chance of winning, regardless of the outcome, and if we have evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has placed a bet or bets alone or in conjunction with other players, we reserve the right not to pay out the bonus and the ensuing winnings.
We reserve the right to monitor the player's gameplay behaviour for the use or abuse of bonuses. In the event of irregular gameplay, we reserve the right to exclude a player from promotions and withhold any bonuses and ensuing winnings and close the player's account. Irregular gameplay includes, but is not limited to, low margin bets, betting on equal margins, betting without risk or betting on hedges. The following cases are also considered irregular gameplay behaviour and are therefore not allowed: increasing the balance and then significantly changing the pattern of play to meet the wagering requirements, using a gambling system, using the 'double-up' or gambling feature to increase win values, increasing the balance after wagering with a high value and then wagering with less than half of the previous bets to meet the wagering requirement, wagering on games that are excluded or that contribute 0% to the wagering requirement, wagering on games with bonus money to build up value, losing the bonus and then having the accumulated value paid out with a secondary deposit.
Decisions on abuse are final.
After an intervention of Responsible Gambling, you are excluded from the bonus program for a certain period of time. The duration depends on the severity of the intervention. The following periods apply:
- Type of intervention: giving the player insight into his/her gambling behaviour by means of an interview, and in particular pointing out detected irregular or risky gambling behaviour.
Time limit: 30 days.
- Type of intervention: advising the player to make use of a facility that enables him/her to gain insight into his/her gambling behaviour in a simple way.
Term: 60 days
- Type of intervention: advising the player to make use of the possibility to limit his/her access to the games organized by the licensee in accordance with a maximum duration per visit or login, or during time blocks to be determined by that player.
Term: 60 days
- Type of intervention: restricting the player's access, without his consent, to the games organised by the licensee to a maximum duration per login or during certain time blocks.
Time limit: 90 days
- Type of intervention: advising the player to make use of the possibility to exclude himself for a fixed or indefinite period of time from gambling organised by the licensee.
Term: 90 days
- Type of intervention: exclude the player, without his consent, from participation in the games of chance organised by the licensee for a fixed or indefinite period.
Term: 365 days (12 months)
JOI Gaming Ltd reserves the right to exclude a player, without explanation, from a particular bonus or from the entire bonus programme if the player has breached these Terms and Conditions or the bonus terms.
All bonuses have a wagering (i.e., betting) requirement that must be met within 30 days after claiming the bonus, before the winnings may be cashed out. If the bonus is not cleared within these 30 days, it will expire.
Bonus conditions for promotions / bonuses may vary, i.e., wagering requirements may increase or decrease. It is, therefore, imperative to refer to the Specific Bonus Conditions of the promotion on offer at all times. If you request a withdrawal and you did not meet the wagering requirement, the remaining bonus will be deducted from the payout.
As soon as the bonus value drops below €1, the wagering obligation expires. There is no wagering requirement on cash prizes. There is no wagering requirement on points that are exchanged for real money.
Before approving a payout, we may look at the player's gameplay behaviour to see if there are any suspicious wagering patterns. Certain wagering patterns are considered fraudulent, just like double bets and low-risk bets. This is not allowed and if found to be the case, it will be in violation of the Bonus Terms, and the payout will be rejected. For example, you are not allowed to bet on black and red at the same time in Roulette in order to releasing the bonus.
Should we have the impression or evidence that the bonus has been abused, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus, withhold any winnings, exclude the player from the bonus program and close the player's account. We also reserve the right to withhold any winnings made from the bonus on a non-deposit game.
It is not possible to request a payout until the bonus has been fully wagered.
Modifying the bonus
JOI Gaming Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without prior notice and without stating the reason.
6. Payment Terms
We only accept deposits via iDeal or a 3D Secure credit card. The bank account and credit card must both be in the player's name. The first deposit must be made from the IBAN provided during registration in the player profile. Subsequent deposits may be made using a credit card or any other bank account in the player's name.
By using any of the above methods of payment, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with that method and that the account and/or credit card belong to you.
You are not allowed to deposit money that has been obtained through illegal means. We do not charge any fees for deposits made by us to you. We may ask the player to provide additional documentation, if necessary, to prove the source of income or source of wealth.
Upon registration, as a player, you are required to set your deposit limit per day, week or month. The minimum deposit is €10 at a time. The maximum deposit, if your deposit limit allows it, is set by us as follows: per 24 hours €14,990, per week €30,000 and per month €50,000. On request, and after risk assessment, this may be deviated from.
Provided that sufficient funds are available, you can request a withdrawal at any time in the cashier of your player account. The minimum amount to be paid out is €20.
You can only make a withdrawal to the IBAN registered in your player profile. If you wish to change this IBAN, please submit a request to Customer Support. However, you must have made at least one deposit from this IBAN. You cannot make a withdrawal to a credit card, even if you have deposited with it.
Once your account balance reaches the maximum that you have set, you must request a withdrawal. Until you have requested a withdrawal, you cannot continue to play. After you have requested a withdrawal, you can continue to play.
You cannot request a withdrawal if you have not yet met the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
We do not charge a withdrawal fee. You can never cancel a withdrawal, neither by yourself nor through Customer Support.
A deposit (via iDeal or credit card) must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
We reserve the right to temporarily deny a withdrawal if we suspect that these Terms and Conditions have been violated.
Should there be an incorrect balance in your player account, we reserve the right to correct this balance. If you have already withdrawn your funds before we have noticed, you are obliged to report this to us and refund the amount to us. If you do not do so, we will take legal action to recover it.
Withdrawals are normally paid out immediately, unless certain limits are exceeded, in which case we may request additional documentation from the player. When a jackpot is won, additional checks are carried out before the amount can be payed out.
7. Player Obligations
In addition to the obligations which apply to registration, the following obligations apply to the player:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You may only play for yourself, not for someone else.
- You may not share your account with others.
- You may only play for recreational purposes and not for professional purposes.
- You may not play multiple games at the same time or play on multiple devices at the same time.
- You are obliged to keep your profile up to date.
- You must keep your login details safe and not share them with anyone. The same applies to your email address and your computer and mobile phone. Misuse of your account or devices is your own responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been misused, you must immediately inform our Customer Support department.
- You may not transfer or sell your account. You may also not take over or buy any other player's account.
- You agree that we may verify who you are by verifying information with third parties or requesting documents from you such as utility bills, bank statements, or the like. We may also request documents to determine the origin of the money.
- You may not use a technical fault or belonging to a vulnerable group to your advantage. We have the right to cancel and reclaim winnings that have been won in this way.
- You must not engage in any fraudulent practices such as match-fixing, collusion with other players or any other illegal activities in relation to the use of the website. You must not use software-assisted techniques or hardware to support your participation in the licensed games.
- You may not use your account for the purposes of anti-money laundering or the financing of terrorism, and you may not breach any sanctions laws.
- You certify that all bank accounts and credit cards used for your payment transactions are yours and in your name, and that no funds have come from fraudulent or other illicit means or activities.
- Communications between the player and us are confidential. You may not take screenshots and post them on forums or distribute them in any other way. You are also not allowed to advertise negatively and harm our image.
8. Breach of the Rules
If we suspect that these Terms and Conditions are being or have been breached, we have the right to refuse to open an account, to suspend it or to close it. We also have the right not to pay out any winnings and to reclaim any amounts paid out or set off any losses against your balance.
We also have the right to suspend or terminate your account or cancel your bets if we suspect that you are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities or that you are in trouble with creditors or in debt settlement. Our decision is final.
9. Intellectual Property
JOI Gaming Ltd is the owner of 'Jack's' and the Jack's and JOI's logo. Any unauthorised use of the trademark and logo may result in prosecution.
The website www.jacks.nl is our URL and no unauthorised use may be made of it. It may not be used on any other website or digital platform without our prior written consent. Links to our website or pages on our website may not be included in any other website without our prior written consent.
We are the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and operating systems used on the website.
The content and structure of the website pages are subject to copyright © and database rights in the name of JOI Gaming Ltd. All rights reserved. The copyright in our website, including all text, graphics, code, files and links, belongs to us and the website may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without our written permission. The registration of the player and the use of the website do not give any right to the intellectual property on the website.
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to monitor our website, pages on the website or content. Any unauthorised action may result in prosecution.

In the unlikely event that you are still not able to find a resolution with the help of our Customer Support staff, we offer you the opportunity to submit a complaint.

12. Customer Support
Customer Support is available to you 24 hours a day, every day of the week. They provide information and help with questions about the website, games and sports betting, transactions, withdrawals, promotions, responsible gaming, your limits and much more.

13. Chat Rules
It is possible to communicate directly with customer support as well as Live Casino Evolution and/or fellow players.
The Live Casino Evolution has its own chat function. This can be used to communicate with other players and with the live dealers. The chat is moderated by Evolution Gaming.
Jack's is not responsible for the behaviour of other players in this chat feature.
- We reserve the right to suspend, close or delete any player's chat feature or the entire player account in the event of abuse or violation of the chat rules.
- It is forbidden to use the chat feature in an unethical manner. Measures will be taken in the case of insulting, discriminatory, abusive, and hateful statements. The player must not cause damage, distress or inconvenience to our Customer Support staff.
- Suspicious chats can be reported to the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA), among others.
- All chats are registered and saved.
The chat must not be used for expressions that:
- are aimed at colluding with other players;
- incite hatred and contempt;
- promote anti-social behaviour;
- influence other players in their gambling behaviour through intimidation or abuse;
- encourage illegal activities;
- are abusive, threatening, offensive or sexually oriented;
- cause harm, distress or inconvenience to other players;
- promote forums or other online entities;
- spread falsehoods about our website or websites related to our website or cause damage to our website or websites related to our website.
- You may not impersonate any employee of Jack's casino.
14. Interrupted Games
We do our utmost to prevent technical problems, but should one occur, the following applies:
We are not liable for any server failures, downtime, delays, or technical game failures. It is possible that during live betting events there is a malfunction or a loss of data which causes the outcome to be delayed or not communicated. However, this rarely happens.
Potential refunds are almost always credited within 48 hours.
In the event that a game is interrupted by an internet fault or a fault in the player's computer system, the game will resume at the time immediately before the interruption. However, if this is not possible, we will arrange for the game to be terminated or the stake returned to your player account.
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from or in connection with the website or the content on the website including, without limitation:
- delays or interruptions in play;
- loss of or damage to data;
- communication failures, such as in the internet or telephone connection;
- misinterpretation of the content or the website;
- errors or omissions in the content.
In the event of a malfunction in our system, all bets will be void. In this case, we will refund the stake to your player account in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
15. Inactive accounts
A player account is automatically classified as inactive once it has not been logged into or out of for a continuous period of 18 months.
Once your account is classified as inactive, if the balance is €5 or more, we will transfer that balance to your known IBAN and close your account.
We will contact you 30 days before your account becomes inactive.
16. Account closure by the player
You can close your account at any time by sending an e-mail to Customer Support. However, closing your account is irrevocable and you can never re-open it.
Please make sure that before you make any request to close your account, you first cancel any outstanding bets. We will pay out any account balance immediately upon closure, as long as the conditions are met.
However, should you wish to keep the possibility of playing again in the (near) future, you best temporarily suspend your account by setting a so-called Time-Out. You can do this yourself in your account settings and choose either 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. If you want to set a different period, please contact Customer Support.
17. Responsible Gambling - Playconscious 18+
As a player, you play with us in a safe, trusted, and responsible environment. This means that we have established an Addiction Prevention Policy to alert and protect you as a player from the possible dangers of gambling addiction. In this protection policy, we pay special attention to vulnerable groups such as: minors, young adults, people with a mental disability and people with a (previous) gambling addiction. Below you can read more about the measures we have taken to ensure that you can play responsibly at our site. On our Addiction Prevention Policy page you can read much more about this.
When you register your account on our website, you will be asked to set a limit for your session time and for your deposits per day, week and/or month, as well as a limit for the maximum balance in your player account. You can change these settings at any time in your account. Reducing the limit is effective immediately and increasing the limit has a waiting period of 7 days. This is to protect you from impulsive decisions.
If you do not want to play for a while, you can set a time-out yourself in your account of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. If you would like to set a different period (up to 3 months), you can contact our Customer Support and they will take care of it for you. You can also set a time-out for a Casino, Live Casino or Sportsbook, or for a specific period of time, such as during the day or on a weekend. You can request this through Customer Support.
During a time-out you can still access your account information. However, you will not be able to make a deposit or participate in the games. You can, nevertheless, request a withdrawal.
Self-Exclusion and CRUKS
You can have yourself excluded from playing the games at Jack's for a minimum of 3 months. To do so, please submit a request to Customer Support. After the period you requested has expired, you may submit a request to have your account reopened.
You can also register yourself in the exclusion system developed by the KSA, the so-called Central Register Exclusion of Games of Chance (CRUKS). The minimum duration is 6 months, which is renewable. Registration in CRUKS means a ban on the entire Dutch legal gambling offer, both online and offline.
A third party, such as a neighbour, can also apply to have a player registered in CRUKS. This is only possible if you, as someone close to the player, experience damage as a result of the player's gambling behaviour and all other help offered does not help. We also can submit an application to the Ksa to register a player in CRUKS.
Registration Gambling Behaviour
In order to prevent excessive gambling and gambling addiction, we will register your gambling behaviour. This includes, for example, information regarding game types, duration, login details, limits, deposits and wagers. Based on the analysis of your gambling behaviour, we can carry out interventions aimed at responsible gaming and preventing the risks of gambling addiction as much as possible. The interventions and their intensity are tailored to your gambling behaviour. If, based on the analyses, we receive signals that could indicate excessive gambling behaviour, we have the right to exclude you from the bonus programme or from participating in the licensed games of chance.

18. Anti-Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism
As an online provider for games of chance, we must act in accordance with, among other things, legislation such as the Wwft [the Dutch Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Act]. We will therefore monitor all transactions and report any suspicious transactions to the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) in the Netherlands. We have the right to share your data with third parties for this purpose.
If you suspect any suspicious activity in relation to any of the games offered on the site, you should report this immediately to [email protected].
In accordance with the Wwft, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and not pay out the balance.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to you and us, to the exclusion of any other terms or agreements.
We may amend these General Terms and Conditions.
As an operator with a Dutch licence, JOI is required by law to separate its business operating capital from the players' funds, in accordance with the Dutch Remote Gambling Act [Wet kansspelen op afstand or Koa]. The players’ funds will be held in a separate account, and are therefore protected from insolvency.
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Both JOI Gaming Ltd., as well as the player submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
