The Online Casino of the Year election is organized annually by Casinonieuws.nl and OneTime. During the election, the best providers were sought in no less than ten categories:
The winners were determined by an independent jury (50%) and the votes of the public (50%). This year, no fewer than 21,511 votes were cast.
Customer service of the year 2025
We are incredibly proud to have won the title of 'Customer Service of the Year 2025'. This award is a wonderful recognition of the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
We believe that good service is about more than just quick answers. At JACKS.NL, really listening, thinking along and offering solutions that fit the customer's situation are central. The fact that we have won this award confirms that players appreciate our personal and involved approach.
